Returns and Refunds: Each piece of jewelry is made to order. That means the product you receive might not look exactly like the one you ordered. Every piece of jewelry is a tad different than the rest! If you are dissatisfied with your product, please send me a message to discuss how we can fix the problem. I am happy to redesign/correct any discrepancies you find. If you wish to return a product altogether, I can only offer in-store credit as a refund for your purchase. Return shipments are not covered by the seller, and shipping is not included in in-store credit.

Shipping: Since each product is made to order, each order will be created and shipped out within two weeks of purchase unless otherwise notated --Note: some products will take longer, and custom pieces will depend upon availability.
